I am an adult daughter of a Narcissistic Mother and will be writing under the pen name Mackenzie Rummel.  I did not realize how much this impacted my adult life until I gave birth to my son.  Through this personal blog, I want to share my stories, experiences, and thoughts with others who may be going through something similar. Writing has always been therapeutic for me, and what better way to heal than to try and help others to be more understood.  I hope that my words can make others feel seen, heard, believed, and loved.
